The Barnum Bombers boys basketball team defeated the Carlton Bulldogs 60-43 in Barnum, February 5, 2013. The Bulldogs led 30-22 at halftime, and built their lead larger capitalizing on Carlton turnovers to start the second half. The Bombers were led by Brandon Newman's 18 points, Zach Carlson's 14, and Danny Warpula's 10. Newman was 6 of 7 from the free throw line and Carlson made all 4 of his attempts. Carlton's Zach Veno and Lane Empson each scored 13, and Erik Adams scored 12. Empson hit 4 3-points for the Bulldogs.
