The Cloquet boys basketball team defeated Bemidji 75-57 in Cloquet, January 25, 2013. The 'Jacks got double doubles from Adam Laine with 21 points and 12 rebounds, and 20 points and 10 rebounds from Aaron Johnson. Dillon Johnson added 16 points for Cloquet, hitting 4 of 8 3-pointers. Jake Bushey hit 2 of 4 three-pointers himself. Nate Weets was credit with 6 assists for Cloquet and Maxx Brenner had 4 assists. Cloquet improved to 7-7 on the season, while Bemidji fell to 1-11 with the loss. Bemidji was led by Jeremiah Huseby's 15 points and Joe Strong's 12, while Connor McNallan scored 10 points while playing with a cast that covered all but his thumb on his left hand/arm.
