The Duluth Huskies fell to Willmar 5-4 at Wade Stadium, June 11, in 10 innings. The Huskies had a 3-1 lead in the sixth inning, but gave up 3 runs in the seventh inning. They forced an extra inning by scoring in the bottom of the ninth, but gave up a run in the tenth.

Pitcher Joey Webb (Menlo College) had his best Huskies’ outing, giving up just 3 hits and 3 earned runs in 6 innings, while striking out 8 Stingers’ batters.
